add daily restrictions to Accudemia appointment settings

Currently, only weekly appointment settings can be set per center. Some centers are very busy, and would therefore benefit from a daily appointment cap as it would allow them to ensure that students cannot make back-to-back appointments or several appointments in a single day.

You can now in Accudemia 10.0 update the appointment settings per center with the daily limits for students and tutors.
