Add Paper/Ticket/Support to Reports

I'd like to be able to see all interaction for a student together in one report. I know I can currently run a report for all walk-in and appointment interactions, but I'd like to also see use of the assignment feedback without appointment (what we've named our support tickets) included in there as well.
