Adjust tutor schedules after the fact
We often need to adjust schedules after the fact, for example, when a tutor calls out sick or comes in late. If we are even one minute into the time block (for us it's 30 minutes), we cannot make any changes, including blocking that tutor's availability, adding a substitute tutor, adding subject areas, increasing the number of students, etc, until the next time block.

Tutor Schedules are for future event scheduling so you cannot change what was scheduled in the past. Also the Tutor Work Hours reports available in Accudemia pull from the actual Tutor Sign-ins/outs rather than the schedule. I think, in this case, we are confusing “appointments" with visits”, and also with the “tutor schedule”. "Appointments" and the "Tutor Schedule" are setup for a reservation for a "visit" and can only be made in the future. A "visit" can occur with or without an "appointment" (i.e. walk-in). While you cannot change the appointment information once it passes, you should be able to change the visit information.
