Loriann - Sorry, there's no ETA for suggestions on the feedback given here. We do review these items from time to time when updates for the software are being considered. Typically ideas marked as "Planned" should hopefully be added on the next review for software updates. "Closed" ideas have been rejected (typically due to low support, not being a real benefit for all clients, or incompatibility with the product) and "Completed" ideas are marked when they are available. The "Under Review" status means we had too many ideas for the current update and are considering them in the next update. This means "Under Review --> Planned --> Completed" or being "Closed" are the processes these ideas go through in the workflow.
