Allow an option for when an appointment signs in via the kiosk, the advisor/tutor gets notified that the appointment has shown up.

You can enable "Sign-in Notifications for Tutors" (email, SMS, on-screen) in the Administration > Control Panel > Walk-in settings that will work for both walk-ins and appts.
