Create an asynchronous modality option
We have asynchronous writing support for our students, but there is only the option for in-person or online modalities. We currently have it set as online; however, many students are confused and think this means there is a time they will meet with someone online.

There is the "Support Dropbox" feature that can be relabeled to any name like "Async. Tutoring" or "Paper Review" and the best thing about this new feature is that you do not have to worry about dealing with the system marking these appointments as "shows" or "no-shows" since they are never required to join a session.
