I would like to be able to disable Drop Box for all but one of my Centers. Currently I can only disable it at the college level.

Good news: you can open the Accudemia Control Panel and you will see an item called "Support Drop box" on the second row of that screen. Clicking that will allow you to select a certain center and either enable or disable the support drop box for that center.
