Essential Changes Needed and Suggested for Event Registration Feature

Half of these items were completed: 1. Create an option to send out a reminder email about the event immediately before the event (similar to what we can do with coaching/tutoring sessions). 2. Create a download/report for participation for events (student last name, first name, email address, event name, event date, event time, student profile data, etc.) 3. Create a report that we could share with leaders of events so that they could track participation or attendance. (download export and share via email). 4. Create a reminder email prior to each event. You may want to list the other 4 items in a new request. These were the others remaining: 1. Allow admin (or those we designate) to add students to events (and delete students). 2. Allow an option to add a Zoom link to events (similar to what we do for coaching/tutoring appointments) 3. Allow options to add a student at the last minute (or update attendance after the registration deadline) without having to change the dates of the event (which misrepresents data in reports). 4. Add an option to attach a PDF or document (e.g., pre-event tasks or homework or event handouts).

This would help us tremendously. Right now the event module only has limited function. It would be extremely helpful to get these updates.

All 8 suggestions and the add on comment are excellent. I'd like to add that it should be connected to an event or service so participants can be signed-in and counted as attendees rather than simply registered. This will also make the report data more accurate.

All 8 are great suggestions. Please set the events in chronological order or give administrator's the ability to set the way the events are listed. Students don't know to hover on the right hand side to find the registration button. The button should be visible without hovering.
