Please make a way for tutors to send reports to the instructor right from the Session Assessment. We used to contract with TutorTrac, and one feature they had that we really liked was that the tutor could leave notes/assessment on the session, click "save," and then have the option to email the instructor via a button right in the same window. This was very convenient!
