Prevent Students from Scheduling Mid-Appt.

Please consider a way to make it impossible for students to schedule in the middle of an already existing appointment. For example, if a tutor has her availability set to 3 students, and one student has already scheduled from 3-4 PM. Prevent a second or third student from scheduling at 2:30 - 3:30 or 3:30 - 4:30 and thereby overlap the existing appointment.

Isn't that currently a feature? We have not had this issue; we offer appointments of either 15 or 30 minutes, and if a student has a 30 minute appointment from 2:30-⁠3:00, another student can't make an appointment at 2:15 unless it's a 15 minute appointment. It might be worth looking at the "service" - maybe there's a wonky setting checked in there.

Hi Hannah, have you tried changing up your block of time for your tutors? In your example, block out the entire hour of 3 - 4. We set our default appointment length to 45 minutes, so we have never had this issue. I hope this helps.
