Session Summary Email Template

We would like to have Accudemia provide an email template—similar to the confirmation or reminder emails—that is automatically triggered when a student signs out of a session. This email would serve as proof of their visit to the center and be sent to the student at the end of their session. The email could include details such as the date, time, location, tutor/instructor name, session notes (if recorded), and a survey link.

We also recently added an option for students to see their weekly sign-in statistics from the sign-out screen after the session.

That sounds like a good idea, but it might not be needed because the student has access to their attendance record in both their Accudemia app or if they log in to their Accudemia web portal.

This would be great! Right now, we email students verifications sheets for workshops they attend as some professors give extra credit for coming. This would eliminate that process as it would automatically send it proof of attendance out via email. Also, the ability to have it linked to the session log, in case they didn't get signed in correctly and was marked as a NO SHOW, then when/if we manually "Mark as show" it would still send that email.
