View all available appointments with division by service

Allow students to see all available appointment options for all available services. E.g., Let them view online appointments and in-person appointments at the same time. Currently, it's unintuitive and cumbersome to check each service to see if there is availability. If there is not, then they have to click back to the other services to see what is available. Request for students to see all appointment options in one view.
